Project Description
We are doing extensive dewatering in a commercial office space project at Ulsoor, Bengaluru, for The Address Makers. Colliers International Property Services manage the project, and the property boasts several high-end facilities, including basements for parking.
Challenges Faced
Due to the presence of Ulsoor lake, the water table in the area was very high. We encountered heavy lateral seepage and groundwater. The debris from the previously demolished old theatre on this site made drilling for deep well points and meeting the deadlines quite strenuous. But we are overcoming all the hurdles including access and discharge issues due to the nearby road junction and delivering our services successfully.
