The Vinya Vilas

The Marvellous project by Urban Tree Vikranthi Properties LLP focuses on building high-end luxury villas in the Purasawalkam locality in Chennai. We are currently dewatering the construction site for their foundation works.

Challenges Faced

These posh villas are about to be constructed adjacent to an old school building and other properties. Therefore, in controlling the high water table at the site, we are being extremely cautious to prevent any settlement or landslides leading to structural collapse that might arise due to the water seepage. Additionally, the site is in a prime spot, and a bridge passes within the vicinity of the location. Yet, we are triumphant in carrying out Deep well dewatering for the project.
