The Rohini project by Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd is a hotel facility with two basements constructed in the area known for its hustle and bustle in Chennai: T Nagar.
Challenges Faced
The location posed many issues as it is a strictly residential area with public interference and a heavy space constraint for even drilling the deep wells. We have to take care of public interference, keep the work limited to 9 am to 5 pm, and yet meet the deadline requirements of the client. Also, discharging the drained water in the nearby 40-year-old drainage system is highly difficult as it has a lesser capacity. Dewatering at this location requires a technically strong team, and we are doing an excellent job at the site.
