For the Vantage Point Project, a luxury residential multi-tower apartment at Bakery junction in Trivandrum, Kerala, comprising commercial houses with basement facilities by M/s Shree Dhanya Homes, we successfully delivered Dewatering services.
challenges Faced
A part of the project site was situated in a hillock; therefore, the entire groundwater flooded towards the construction area during the Kerala monsoon season due to the variance in surface levels at different points within the site. Controlling the highly variable water table due to the rains and the area's terrain was a demanding task. However, we could effectively dewater the project area with the aid of our unique pumps and monitoring systems.
