M/s JayaSheela Hospitalities is the proud owner of Green Park Chain of Hotels. It is a commercial multipurpose mall with a double basement facility located at the heart of Salem City, Tamil Nadu.
Challenges Faced
Compared to the standards of the water table in other areas of Salem city, the project site’s water table was extremely high. It was due to the presence of a century-old water well inside the site premises. Due to the raised water table and heavy lateral seepage, we implemented a French Drain system in addition to the Deep Well System, which helped us accomplish dewatering on time with complete efficiency, even during heavy rains.
