Project Description
For M/s. Sripathy Associates, we have provided Dewatering services to their project titled “Adhanur Kumaramangalam Barrage Dam Construction” at Adhanur Village, Kattumannarkoil, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu. This was the biggest dewatering project in India’s southern region.
It is a government-owned project spanning over a 1.2km wide river. The project comprised 19 raft foundations that were individually constructed with the support of Deep Well dewatering system.
Challenges Faced
Working inside the river was one of the most challenging experiences due to the required water pressure, seepage, and continuous pumping. Nevertheless, we overcame all odds and successfully executed this crucial project.
